Become a supplier
To become a supplier to Aurobay, you will need to go through a demanding screening and evaluation process to ensure you meet our high standards. You will also need to strictly follow our processes and Code of Conduct throughout your partnership with us.
Step 1: Prequalifying phase-

Step 2: Undergo initial screening+
Undergo initial screening. At this stage, you will need to accept our requirements and Supplier Code of Conduct.
Step 3: Invitation and evaluation+
Aurobay procurement will evaluate whether Aurobay has a need for sourcing components or services that match your company capabilities. You may be required to participate in more detailed qualification procedures to ensure you meet our standards.
Step 4: Request for Quotation+
You may be invited to a sourcing scenario via a Request for Quotation (RfQ). We may continue to evaluate your fit and capabilities to prepare for continuous collaboration.
Step 5: Qualification and continuous development+
Once we appoint you as a supplier, we will continue to evaluate your performance to ensure you meet our needs and standards. We will expect continuous improvement over time.
