Aurobay welcomes new Head of Legal and Compliance to our Executive Management Team
We are delighted to welcome Anette Hansson Ahl, Head of Legal and Compliance, who started at Aurobay this summer.
Anette joins us from Stockholm-based commercial law firm holmgrenhansson, where she was Founding Partner and previously also Managing Director for many years. Anette has more than 20 years’ experience of Swedish and international business law, with Master of Laws from both Lund University and Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), and extensive experience gained during her time as in-house legal counsel for Hewlett Packard.
Having spent several months working with Aurobay as a consultant, Anette has already gained some knowledge of the business and our corporate strategy.
“I am really happy to be working with the fantastic team here at Aurobay,” Anette says. “My initial impression is that this is a really positive company, with an exciting mix of tradition and start-up entrepreneurialism. I’m glad to be joining a business that offers me some new professional challenges and where I feel I can make a difference.”
Anette is looking forward to recruiting some new roles to the Legal and Compliance team, but first, she says her priority is to really understand the business: “I think it’s important to get to know the core business wherever you work. I’m heading to the Skövde plant soon to build my knowledge of the company and our products and services.”
Deputy CEO Michael Fleiss says: “We are very happy to have Anette on board and I look forward to the recommendations she will make to strengthen the way we deliver for our customers.”
