Aurobay’s first Trainee Program has kicked off
Aurobay has started its first Trainee Program – a 12-month long traineeship which offers university graduates a chance to learn what it means to be an employee with a global automotive brand, and to work within their field of studies.
The program is aimed at students with a specialization in simulation, logistics, processing and verification techniques, design, production technology, industrial digitalization, information technology and UX design. The 13 trainees started their traineeship period on September 5.
Martin Hougberg, who has just started in Aurobay’s Digital team as a Business Intelligence Engineer has revealed several factors that made him apply to Aurobay. ‘The culture in the company encourages sharing of ideas and taking risks,’ says Martin, highlighting that Aurobay’s transition to being a standalone company is a great time for him to learn and to contribute to such an exciting period for Aurobay - shaping the sustainable mobility of tomorrow.
The goal of the trainee program is to guide young talents in their fields within Aurobay, and to offer successful candidates a full-time job after the traineeship program.
